THE FUTURE OF ATHLETIC PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

DID YOU KNOW?

The majority of today’s athletes train on surfaces such as pavement, hardwood, and mats. Upon landing, those surfaces redirect the energy back into the athlete's body.

THE PROBLEM

Every time an athlete lands on a hard surface, the energy from the impact surges back into their muscles, tendons and joints - weakening them with each landing. Over time, this becomes a chronic issue resulting in an injury.

OLD SCHOOL TRAINING

Athletes routinely practice skills in the normal spatial planes of motion: forward & backward, side-to-side, and up & down.  But on game day, their bodies  may need to contort abnormally in order to make "the play." Athletes who do not regularly practice moving in these abnormal positions are at great risk for injury because they lack strength and flexibility in those abnormal positions.

HILI PRO TRAINING

HILI Pro Training provides athletes with plenty of opportunities to recreate “the play” on a forgiving surface - safely allowing the athlete to practice performing while in contorted positions. As HILI Pro Training athletes improve their strength and flexibility in these abnormal positions, they reduce their risk of sustaining a major injury on game day.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU

By adding HILI Pro Training to your workout schedule, you will reduce the wear and tear on your body. But be warned - your weaknesses will be exposed.   If you lack endurance, strength, balance, speed or coordination, it will be obvious to everyone.  Many pros think they are strong in all these areas - until they have their first session.  If you dare to find out how physically fit you are, come and try a HILI workout.  No matter who you are - we guarantee you will be challenged while performing basic foot-work as well as the specific actions of your sport.

Know this in advance: when you first step on the trampoline, the energy will spread throughout its surface making it unstable. You will have to work hard to regain balance.  You may feel awkward and uncoordinated at first, but your body will quickly figure out how to regain balance.  We promise your core will be stronger after your first session.  Now it's time to find out if you can handle a HILI workout!  Call or email us today to schedule your first session!

WHY HILI?

When you add HILI Pro Training to your regimen, expect to see improvements in the following areas:

  •  core strength

  •  balance

  •  coordination

  •  speed

  •  endurance

  •   joint flexibility

ONE TRAMPOLINE AT A TIME

     THE SOLUTION

Trampolines provide the ideal landing surface since they dissipate the energy created upon impact. Instead of the athlete taking on the impact, the trampoline takes it and then spreads it out along its surface.  HILI Pro Training has created a complete workout regimen using mainly trampolines so athletes can train hard without the constant pounding on their joints.  Our pros claim it's the hardest workout they've ever done, but they keep returning - confident that they are not compromising their joint health.
